Maintenance Windows

1. Maintenance Schedule

Dotwork schedules maintenance windows to deploy critical updates, system changes, and bug fixes that may require temporary downtime. These maintenance periods occur daily between 12:00 AM and 2:00 AM in the timezone of the server hosting the Customer’s product. The timezone is determined by the selection made at the time of sign-up.

Downtime is only implemented when necessary, and Dotwork strives to minimize disruptions.

2. Communication

For regularly scheduled maintenance, notifications are not sent unless there is a change to the standard schedule.

For urgent or unscheduled maintenance, including emergency fixes or critical system updates, Dotwork will notify Customers and designated administrators via email or in-product notifications.

Dotwork remains committed to providing timely and transparent communication to ensure minimal disruption to Customer operations.
