They bury insights under layers of complexity, making it difficult for teams to engage. Instead, tools should prioritize clarity, simplify use, and ensure the right insights reach the right people at the right time.

They're rigid and difficult to adapt

Teams feel locked in to certain frameworks and views. Instead, they should adapt as your company adapts, and support parallel operating models.

They add too much friction

People feel like they are working for the tool instead of the other way around. Instead, the solution should fit into your workflows and existing tool ecosystem, and give different users what they need.

And they don't connect the organization

Tools prioritize either granular team-level needs or high-level executive reporting, leaving one or both sides frustrated. Instead, solutions should scale gracefully, connecting day-to-day execution to overarching strategy seamlessly.

We’ve decided to take another shot at solving the problem —building on everything we’ve learned (the hard way), and challenging old assumptions.

It’s a clean slate. Assistive AI, specialized knowledge graphs, and the Cambrian explosion of collaboration tools make new approaches possible; and essential.

It’s time to radically rethink and launch the next generation of [insert_category] products.

We’re here to go beyond the data limits of no/low-code tools and fix where legacy PPM, SPM, and roadmapping solutions fall short.

Two years in, and we’re ready to onboard new lighthouse customers as we gear up for a mid-2025 public launch.
